In the wellness area, which encompasses the entire garden level, you can be completed spoilt by Ayurveda and naturopath, Antonia Schaerli, and her well-trained team.
The kitchen crew is responsible for an authentic, fresh cuisine made primarily of regional products. All the specialties are prepared according to the guidelines of Gout Mieux and the principles of slow food. Guests, who prefer vegetarian and ayurvedic food, will be pleased with the culinary offerings, since many dishes are prepared on the ovo-lacto-vegetarian basis.
At Fidazerhof there is even special emphasis placed on the beverages: for friends of exquisite teas and traditional tea culture there awaits a dedicated room, in which uninterrupted enjoyment is guaranteed.
The Fidazerhof drinking water is revitalized using the GRANDER technology. Owner Roland Haefliger comments, "I came across the revitalized water in the 90's through the reports of GRANDER users, and I don't want to do without it any more. Many of our guests are enthusiastic GRANDER fans in the meantime. Even the Fidazerhof team drinks more water.
