At the Zunfthaus zu Wirthen one appreciates down-to-earthness and traditional values. Since 2007 GRANDER revitalized water has been used for cooking. We don't serve just any luxury water in order to generate more revenue, owner Chris van den Broeken proudly explains. GRANDER revitalized water flows throughout the Zunfthaus. The specialties of the house such as the Solothurner Wy-soup, rabbit loin filets in pastry pockets or the famous flaming cake taste much better according to some regular customers.
For the sceptics among the guests, van den Broeke carried out a small, yet convincing test. He did a blind taste test with non-carbonated mineral water and his GRANDER revitalized water, and wanted to know which one tasted better. "90% chose the GRANDER revitalized tap water and were completely surprised," reported the hotel owner amused!
