Our motto "Only the finest quality" starts with the raw materials: natural, if possible organically grown and natural from the region. We limit ourselves to the absolute minimum when it comes to baking aids and baking additives.
Instead we allow the dough to rest longer and use starter and sour doughs. Because we rely on this kind of quality, we only use GRANDER revitalized water. It provides great taste and supports a feeling of well-being. And this also applies to all the other Christen Beck delicacies from breads to the soup-of-the-day.
