The "Bakery - Pastry - Cafe Nafzger" is a middle-sized business in the town centre of Waengi, Switzerland, which produces and sells the finest foods and brings delight to all its customers.  According to Christian Nafzger, "We all like to drink GRANDER® water and it is noticeable that the bread stays fresh longer compared to the time before we used water revitalisation."

In the bright, well-lit cafe the guests can rest in the calm atmosphere with a good cup of coffee and exquisite desserts.  Apart from the owners, Madeleine and Christian Nafzger, who renovated and updated their business according to the latest marketing concepts, this business employs 22 people.  There is special emphasis placed on the training of the junior staff members, who aspire to be bakers, pastry chefs or bakery sales person.

The Nafzger Bakery is known for its fancy cakes, in particular the "Thurgauer Mosttorte",  even outside the region.  In addition to their famous cakes, you can choose from the finest "guetzli", pastries and pralines - all made in-house.

Christian Nafzger comments, "We all drink revitalized Grander water with great pleasure, and it is quite noticeable that our bread keeps fresh longer in comparison to before the use of water revitalisation."

Prizes won at the Swiss Bakery Trophy 2012: in total 6 medals, 2 of which were gold for the "Mosttorte" and the brand-new creation "Thurgauer Apfelkuessli".  Congratulations!
