The Jaeger Dairy GmbH is a modern equipped dairy producing cheese, which is led by Herman Jaeger Jr. It specializes in Italian cheeses having its own laboratory for chemical and bacteriological testing.
The raw milk originating from dairy farms is of course the foundation for the company's success, since the best cheese havng the highest quality is produced from daily fresh milk. Throughout the entire cheese production process clean water plays a decisive role, as water is constantly used for stirring.
In order to offer customers top quality on the highest possible level, Mr. Jaeger decided to have GRANDER water revitalisation units installed in the complete installation system. Therefore, revitalized water is fully integrated in the production. Since 2007 both employees as well as customers have been able to drink GRANDER water from the drinking fountain.
Mr. Jaeger reports first-hand about his personal experiences with the element of water, his purchasing decision for GRANDER and the benefits his company has experienced since choosing GRANDER for his business: "Water is the elixier of life. I chose GRANDER based on the positive experiences made by other companies and at farms. Moreover, many Austrian dairy farmers are using GRANDER water revitalisation on their farms.
A GRANDER unit changes the structure of water. Consequently, the good structure of water is transferred to the milk and the liquid in the products. We have very hard water. But since installing GRANDER water revitalisation the limestone is finer and doesn't build up as much any more. The limestone deposits, for example on the water cooker, can be removed by using a fine brush. We no longer have hard limestone deposits on the floor, that could only be removed using vinegar previously. And, the cleaning of the containers and large tanks in the production is so much easier.
Shortly after the installation of the GRANDER water revitalisation unit, I was confronted by a key customer about the quality of our mozzarella. It had become more refined in its taste, had a better consistency and stayed fresh longer. These positive changes are all due to implementing GRANDER in our production."
