Wiesnwirt Peter Lingnau of Fisch-Baeda Wiesnstadl together with his team spoil international and local guests at the Munich Oktoberfest with fish and meat specialties, but also cater to the vegans and vegetarians among the crowd too. Since 2015 GRANDER water has been implemented, which is an absolute novelty. The Fisch-Baeda Wiesnstadl has been the only tent with GRANDER water at the Munich Oktoberfest as far. The rustic Wiesnstadl offers 150 comfortable seats and 30 standing spots at the Oktoberfest. A top-quality menu, appealing morning pints, enticing lunch menu and live music attract hundreds of guests to the Fisch-Baeda Wiesnstadl daily.
The GRANDER water is implemented at Fisch-Baeda Wiesnstadl, because top chef Christian Loisl has been familiar with GRANDER revitalized water for a long time now and has made great experiences with it. "We prepare all dishes with revitalized water, because the dishes taste much more intense and aromatic, and the food stays fresher longer."
