With traditional recipes, kuuhl offers the best of the Alpine region. Daily specials are ordered directly from the cooks at the station with the slogan "it takes as long as it takes" or "a la carte dishes." Hostess Margaretha Inabnit and her team will be able to provide uncomplicated meals with selected, high-quality products, which are interpreted in a modern way - also as a take-out packed in environmentally-friendly packaging.
Versatile, seasonal and with a high organic content, classic dishes such as almond porcupines, capuns, Alphorni or risotto with Alpine cheese are freshly prepared and presented in a stylish ambience. For dessert, there is glacier milk or a sennen kaffi with foam in the shape of a mountain - best enjoyed in the large gondola on the upper floor.
With her latest concept, Gastrag is again setting a trend at the Barfuesserplatz after Papa Joe's, KOHLMANNS or the Mister Wong - quite cool.
The GRANDER water revitalization was installed in the main supply line as well as in the open drain system. GRANDER offers revitalized water in the open-air booth.
