The Herzberg is traditionally connected with its founder Fritz Wartenweiler. As a pioneer of adult education surrounded by a circle of committed people, he already represented the idea of lifelong learning in the thirties and implemented these ideas at Herzberg.
Whether you are attending a seminar, or you are on transit, you will be able to remember the night at Herzberg. The aargau Jura offers a well-maintained hiking trail, view points, fireplaces and many natural experiences. Away from the hustle and bustle and traffic, this is a beautiful place for families, hikers, bikers, and all other Herzberg guests to enjoy.
The Herzberg is a member of "Goût-Mieux": The kitchen is used to procude crispy, organic vegetables and high quality meat from a species-appropriate setting, from demeter or bud farms.
Since 2017, the Herzberg Seminar and Meeting Center has been completely equipped with the GRANDER water revitalization technology.
Mr. Adrian Bühler informs us that,
- the sieves of the water taps have less calc build-up
- in general less lime is excreted
- the water is finer
- in general more water is consumed
- approximately 10% less detergents and cleaning agents are used
- the water feels softer and silkier when showering
- the guests feel the difference since the installation and are inspired by the quality of the GRANDER water.
