Vacation Farm Hirsch in Hoerdt, Elsass - family-owned for over 30 years

In the meantime their son, Jean-Philippe, has taken over the farm and runs its conscientiously alongside his mother, Pascale.  In addition to growing asparagus, Jean-Philippe also breeds ducks on his farm.  He mainly raises them for the company "Lucien Doriath", a customer of his which is a well-known Elsass business specialized in the production of high quality duck foie gras.  Mr. Doriath himself has been a long-standing GRANDER customer and has fully integrated GRANDER water revitalisation technology in his production process.  Many partners doing business with him, such as the Hirsch family, have been made aware of the positive effects GRANDER water revitalisation technology.
